Chatelain is a private home-management application. It helps one household keep track of everything a home asks you to remember — and reminds you of what needs attention before it's too late.
Chatelain builds a private, organized record of a single household: its appliances and vehicles, its bills, warranties, receipts, documents, and vendors, and the renewal and return deadlines that are easy to lose track of. Then it surfaces the few things that actually need a decision, so nothing important slips.
If you choose to connect a Google account, Chatelain reads your Gmail messages on a read-only basis to find household-relevant information — such as order receipts, warranty and return notices, vendor charges, and appointment confirmations — and turns them into entries in your private household record. Chatelain uses this access only to provide that feature to you. It does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full detail, including our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Chatelain is built to run privately for one family, without advertising and without selling data. Your information stays yours.
